夏季马铃薯短缺,笔者试验用西瓜代替马铃薯制斜面培养基。通过对接种小平菇及毛木耳AP_4生长状况的观察表明,菌丝在此培养基上生长浓白粗壮,长势及生长速度优于PDA培养基。
Shortage of summer potato, I experiment with watermelon instead of potato slant culture medium. The observation on the growth of AP_4 inoculation of Pleurotus ostreatus and Pleurotus ostreatus showed that the mycelium grew thicker and thicker on this medium, its growth and growth rate were better than PDA medium.
