为了建立一种新的有效的红细胞与血管内皮细胞粘附的检测方法，我们采用细胞力学参数分析仪，研究了粘附红细胞数与透光度之间的相关性。结果表明：红细胞与血管内皮细胞粘附的光度法检测方法简单、有效、可靠。
In order to establish a new and effective method for the detection of adhesion of erythrocytes and vascular endothelial cells, we used the cytomechanical parameter analyzer to study the correlation between the number of adherent erythrocytes and the light transmittance. The results showed that the method of photometric detection of erythrocyte and vascular endothelial cell adhesion was simple, effective and reliable.
