在日内瓦高级钟表展中,顾名思义地意味着参展的表厂必须具备“高级制表”的标准,这并非营销包装的华丽形容,而是无论机械的工艺性、技术的创新性以及材质的等级,都必须达到金字塔尖端才算数。固然价格是由利伯维尔场的竞争而产生相对的标准,然而,就像是艺术或富前瞻性的概念设计,真正的价值留待时间的考验,但毋庸置疑的,不少制表人越来越珍惜传统的知识与技术,抱持着保存文化与传承的使命,为高级钟表的未来打下不轻易为科技所取代、撼动的坚实基础。
