广大发展中国家独立后,面临发展民族经济,争取经济独立的历史任务。有些发展中国家,根据本国的具体情况,扬长避短,充分发挥自己的优势,在发展经济的道路中取得了比较突出的成绩。当然,这些国家的经济毕竟是资本主义的,资本主义基本矛盾以及帝国主义,霸权主义的控制、掠夺和剥削,必然限制这些国家“经济优势”的充分发挥。尽管这样,这些国家扬长避短,发展经济的经验和教训,对于我们还是很有参考价值的。
After the independence of the majority of developing countries, they are facing the historical task of developing their national economy and gaining economic independence. Some developing countries have made outstanding achievements in the economic development on the basis of their own specific conditions, made good use of their weaknesses and made full use of their own advantages. Of course, the economies of these countries are, after all, capitalist. The basic contradictions of capitalism as well as the control, plunder and exploitation of imperialism and hegemony will inevitably limit the full realization of the “economic advantages” of these countries. In spite of this, the experiences and lessons learned from these countries in their efforts to avoid weaknesses and develop their economy are still of great value to us.
