以21份“八五”期间筛选的抗冷玉米自交系为被测系,采用NC-Ⅱ交配设计的原理和方法,研究了12个性状的配合力及其群体遗传参数。结果表明:被测系各性状的一般配合力方差均达极显著水平。吉880等5个自交系的综合性状较优,可在育种中直接利用;而吉906等4个自交系的综合性状较差,需改良后方可利用;其余自交系部分性状的一般配合力较优,可用来改良其它自交系或作为选育二环系的基础材料。被测系多数性状的一般配合力方差大于特殊配合力方差,且多数性状的遗传力小于50%,环境方差偏大。
With 21 inbred lines of cold-resistant maize selected during the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” as tested lines, the combining ability of 12 traits and their population genetic parameters were studied using the principles and methods of NC-Ⅱ mating design. The results showed that the variance of the general combining ability of tested characters reached extremely significant level. Ji 880 and other 5 inbred lines of the comprehensive traits better, can be used directly in breeding; and Ji 906 and other 4 inbred lines less comprehensive traits, to be improved before use; some other inbred lines in general Good combining ability, can be used to improve other inbred lines or as a basis for breeding of the second ring system. The variance of general combining ability of most traits was greater than that of special combining ability, and the heritability of most traits was less than 50%, and the variance of environment was too large.
