笔者在课堂教学过程中,发现许多学生表现出对体育课的“厌学”心理。主要表现为对体育学习不感兴趣,锻炼的积极性不高,畏惧情绪较浓,借故请假现象较多,对教师布置的练习任务勉强地完成,考查、考核成绩达标就行等现象。这种现象的出现,在很大程度上影响了体育教学的质量,不能达到全面锻炼身体,增强学生体质的目的的效果。怎样才能更快、更好地减轻或消除学生的厌倦心理,全面提高学生的体育素质,笔者特对我校学
During the course of teaching in class, I found that many students showed “tired of learning” psychology in physical education. The main performance is not interested in sports learning, exercise enthusiasm is not high, fear of strong concentration, the phenomenon of more excuses for leave, the practice of teacher placement tasks barely completed, examination, examination results on the line and so on. The emergence of this phenomenon has greatly affected the quality of physical education, can not achieve the purpose of a comprehensive physical exercise, enhance students. How can we quickly and better alleviate or eliminate students ’tired mentality, improve students’ physical education in an all-round way?
