胶类的真伪鉴别这一难题,目前许多学者正在探索,就当前来说,确定真伪的方法主要是依靠经验鉴别和定厂、监督生产等,若能寻求一种行之有效的科学鉴别方法,确实具有一定的现实意义。《江西医药》1984年第1期发表的《真伪龟胶的辨别》一文,认为根据龟胶的灰分检查和蛋白质含量测定的简易方法,可鉴别龟胶的真伪。但我们在实际应用中发现,用该文所述方法无法辨别龟胶的真伪。因此,提出几点与作者商榷。一、灰分检查:按作者所述方法,我们取六批电胶伪品(系没收药贩和某些医疗站的,并经与产地药检所联系确证为伪品)检查,其中有一批大部分挥发,仅剩少量棕褐色物粘于坩埚中。一批呈灰棕色,其余4批均呈灰褐色,并有浅绿至绿色的熔融物与坩埚粘结,与作者所述真品龟胶的特征相同。因此,从灰分颜色难于区别龟胶的真伪。此外,我们对炽灼时间与灰分颜色的关系进行了观察,取样品分别炽灼3、5、7小时后观察结果,同一批号样品的颜色及粘结程度与炽灼时间的
