对“真伪龟胶的辨别”一文的商榷

胶类的真伪鉴别这一难题,目前许多学者正在探索,就当前来说,确定真伪的方法主要是依靠经验鉴别和定厂、监督生产等,若能寻求一种行之有效的科学鉴别方法,确实具有一定的现实意义。《江西医药》1984年第1期发表的《真伪龟胶的辨别》一文,认为根据龟胶的灰分检查和蛋白质含量测定的简易方法,可鉴别龟胶的真伪。但我们在实际应用中发现,用该文所述方法无法辨别龟胶的真伪。因此,提出几点与作者商榷。一、灰分检查:按作者所述方法,我们取六批电胶伪品(系没收药贩和某些医疗站的,并经与产地药检所联系确证为伪品)检查,其中有一批大部分挥发,仅剩少量棕褐色物粘于坩埚中。一批呈灰棕色,其余4批均呈灰褐色,并有浅绿至绿色的熔融物与坩埚粘结,与作者所述真品龟胶的特征相同。因此,从灰分颜色难于区别龟胶的真伪。此外,我们对炽灼时间与灰分颜色的关系进行了观察,取样品分别炽灼3、5、7小时后观察结果,同一批号样品的颜色及粘结程度与炽灼时间的 The authenticity of plastic identification of this problem, many scholars are exploring, for the moment, to determine the authenticity of the main method is to rely on the identification of experience and set up factories to monitor production, if we can find an effective scientific identification Method, does have some practical significance. “Jiangxi medicine” in 1984 the first issue of “the authenticity of tortoiseshell discrimination,” a paper that according to the tortoise plastic test and determination of protein content of a simple method to identify the authenticity of tortoiseshell.
