庆大霉素引起精神失常迄今国内尚未见报导,我院曾收治1例,报导如下。患者王××,女,24岁,已婚,住院号188859,郊县农民。1978年9月患者出现两下肢麻木、无力,走路沉重感,不能跨大步。半年后又出现双眼视力模糊。一年后,病程加重。下肢活动困难并呈显排尿障碍,视力仅见手动。检查:意识清,慢性病容,视力:左侧仅光感,右侧60cm 外能见到手摇动,视神经乳头苍白,听力正常。四肢肌张力增高,肌腱反射对称,下肢活跃,病理反射未引出,腹壁反射迟钝,双下肢痛、触觉减退,深感觉存在。实验室检查:红细胞412万,血红蛋白12g,白细胞5200,中性70%,淋巴20%,嗜酸性细胞4%。腰穿 CSF

Laboratory tests: 4.12 million red blood cells, hemoglobin 12g, 5200 white blood cells, neutral 70%, lymphatic 20%, 4% eosinophils. Waist through the CSF
