弓形体病是一种在人畜间流行的寄生虫病,发病广泛。人类多为隐性感染,病原体可通过胎盘传给胚胎造成流产或胎儿畸形。我们于1990年初至8月共采集呼和浩特市地区52名城乡足月分娩妇女血清及所产婴儿脐带血清52份。采用IHA法。诊断血清由江西省寄生虫病研究所制备。用96孔V型微量血凝反应板实验。阳性反应按凝集情况分+~卌4个等级。阴性反应,红细胞全部沉入孔底,分界清楚,无沉着物;1:32以下判为阴性,1:32判为可疑阳性,1:64以上者定为阳性。1 结果 52例母血IHA阳性者6例,阳性率占11.5%。52例婴儿脐带血IHA阳性者5例,
Toxoplasmosis is a parasitic disease endemic to humans and animals, with a wide range of causes. Most human infections are recessive, the pathogen can be transmitted to the embryo through the placenta caused by abortion or fetal malformations. In early 1990 to August, we collected 52 urban-rural full-term women’s serum from 52 urban and rural areas and 52 infant’s umbilical cord serum from Hohhot. IHA method.
