秃杉(Taiwania flousiana)是国家一级保护树种。该树种子一般在每年11月中、下旬成熟。新鲜种子净度一般为90％～95％,含水量12％～14％,千粒重1.2～1.6g。试验室种子发芽率平均33.15％,最高可达43％。当年采收种子一般可贮存6个月,第7个月种子发芽率降低50％以上,贮存8个月以上的种子已失去生产意义。为此,我们进行了不同贮存方法对秃杉种子生活力影响的试验。低温(≤10℃)贮存秃杉种子可保存1年,但此时发芽率已明显下降,到第2个播种期(第3年春季),种子发芽率仅为原来的50％左右。这里需要说明的是种子采收后冷藏时间最迟不超过翌年5月,否则种子发芽率开始下降,已无冷藏必要。
Taiwania flousiana is a national protected tree species. The tree seeds generally mature in mid-November and late-November each year. To this end, we conducted experiments on the effects of different storage methods on the viability of Taiwania flousiana seed. Low temperature (≤10 ℃) Storage of Taiwania flousiana seeds can be stored for 1 year, but at this time the germination rate has dropped significantly to the second sowing period (the third spring), the seed germination rate is only about 50% of the original. What needs to be explained here is that after the seed is harvested, the refrigerating time should not exceed the following year in May at the latest, otherwise the seed germination rate will begin to decline, and it is no longer necessary for cold preservation.
