曲轴是一种几何形状复杂的零件,其损坏一般都发生在圆角部位,了解该部位的残余应力状况,特别是对于经过表面强化处理的圆角部位,尤为重要。圆角部位是由两个曲面(一个凹曲面和一个凸曲面)组成的,采用常规X射线残余应力测定疗法,既困难又有很大的测量误差,而应用侧倾法测定,则具有吸收因子与试件表面法线和衍射晶面法线间夹角的大小、方向无关,不需进行吸收校正,以及可选用低θ角范围的衍射线进行应力测定等优点。下面介绍我们应用有倾角侧似法进行X射线残余应力测定,以及运用小型数据处理机处理测定结果的情况。
