我校新图书馆落成开馆之时,计算机也正式在我馆投入使用。现代技术的应用大大提高了我们的工作效率和服务质量,使全馆的面貌焕然一新。我们采用深圳大学图书馆计算机管理集成系统,在采编、期刊、流通等业务部门实现计算机管理。目前我馆拥有微机10台,其中SUN—286机8台,PC机2台。流通部门,实现了10多万册已编中文图书的计算机管理(包括借还、续借、预约、催还图书以及逾期罚款等),方便快捷,准确无误。采编部门,实现了从采购查重,新书验收、登录到分编查重、数据输入、修改、
When our new library was opened and opened, the computer was officially put into use in our museum. The application of modern technology has greatly enhanced our work efficiency and service quality, so that the whole hall look a new look. We use the Shenzhen University Library integrated computer management system, in editing, periodicals, circulation and other business departments to achieve computer management.
