实验性胃癌大鼠 2 3只 ,随机分为对照组和治疗组 ,经颈内静脉行上腔静脉插管 ,分别予以含甲硫氨酸和不含甲硫氨酸全肠外营养治疗一周 ,观察其抗肿瘤作用。结果显示 :两组大鼠体重和肿瘤细胞DNA含量均无显著改变 ,治疗组肿瘤直径明显缩小 ,生存期显著延长。细胞周期分析表明 ,两组肿瘤细胞S期比例均显著增高 ,G0 /G1期比例显著下降 ;治疗组G2 M期比例亦明显下降 ,而对照组G2 M期比例增高。组织病理学检查发现 ,治疗组肿瘤组织内坏死灶明显增多 ,存活肿瘤细胞核仁增大。表明不含甲硫氨酸全肠外营养可能通过干扰肿瘤细胞DNA合成和RNA转录 ,发挥抗肿瘤效应
Twenty-three experimental gastric cancer rats were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The superior vena cava was cannulated through the internal jugular vein and treated with methionine and methionine-free parenteral nutrition for one week. Observe its anti-tumor effect. The results showed that there was no significant change in body weight and DNA content of tumor cells in both groups. The diameter of tumors in the treatment group was significantly reduced, and the survival time was significantly prolonged. Cell cycle analysis showed that the proportion of S phase in both groups was significantly higher, and the proportion of G0/G1 phase was significantly decreased; the proportion of G2 M phase in the treatment group also decreased significantly, while the proportion of G2 M phase in the control group increased. Histopathological examination revealed that the number of necrotic lesions in the tumor tissue of the treated group increased significantly, and the nucleoli of the surviving tumor cells increased. Shows that methionine-free total parenteral nutrition may exert anti-tumor effects by interfering with DNA synthesis and RNA transcription of tumor cells.
