细胞染色体显带(Chromosome band-ing) 是六十年代末期兴起的一项细胞学研究新技术.主要是通过酸、碱、盐、酶等溶液对染色体处理,再藉助Giemsa等染色剂染色,使染色体的一定部位呈现深浅不同的带纹,以此为标记,可以更有效地鉴别染色体,更深入地研究染色体的结构和功能.但是,植物染色体显带可重复性很低,手续较繁杂,并且不管采用什么样的显带处理,结果只产生C一带,即异染色质带.所以,植物染色体的显带方法的研究和进行带型分析的研究都很有必要.我们主要以玉米自交系为材料,采用植物有丝分裂染色体制备的一种新方法——去壁低渗火焰干燥法制片,Giemsa染色,对典型的细胞染色体进行显微摄影,并进行组型和带型分析研究.

The typical chromosomes of cells were observed by photomicrography.
