福建省安溪县是中国特种茶类乌龙茶的故乡,是驰名中外极品名茶铁观音的发源地。2006年安溪县茶叶交易额达45.2亿元,先后有来自全国各地的400多家涉茶商家前往经营各种名茶、茶具、茶机械、茶食品,这里已成为国内极具特色的茶叶商贸区域。为了抓住茶业这一特定市场,安溪局联合县茶叶总公司,成功开发了“绿卡铁观音联名卡”,使茶乡人拥有了自己的联名卡,将邮政服务“三农”工作真正落到了实处,又为邮储业务发展带来了庞大的客户群。
