今年初,一则“中国人每年人均输液8瓶”的新闻,揭开了过度医疗的冰山一角,引发了全社会的思考。所谓过度医疗,是指医生违背医学规范和伦理准则,脱离病情实际需求,实施不恰当、不规范、不道德的医疗行为,包括过度检查、过度治疗、过度用药等。近年来,我国过度医疗现象屡禁不止,不仅浪费了医疗资源,加重了百姓负担,而且影响了医疗卫生行业的形象。
