关系型企业政治战略是HillmanandHitt(1999)定义的两种企业政治战略基本方法之一。本文在回顾相关文献的基础上,认为该战略方法具有高频率的政治活动、外向的管理导向以及注重政府关系等特征。企业对环境不确定性预期较高、多元化的程度、竞争对手的政治行为等是企业采取关系型政治战略的决定因素,主要实施措施是加强关系管理。
The political strategy of the relational enterprise is one of the two basic methods of corporate political strategy defined by Hillman and Hitt (1999). Based on the review of relevant literature, this paper argues that the strategic approach possesses such features as high-frequency political activities, outward-oriented management orientation and emphasis on government relations. The uncertainty of the environment, the higher expectations of enterprises, the degree of diversification and competitor’s political behavior are the decisive factors for enterprises to adopt a relational political strategy. The main implementation measure is to strengthen the relationship management.
