具有不同平移运动速度的目标和背景图像在三维频域中形成两个分别与目标和背景运动参数有关的能量聚积平面,提出了用霍夫变换检测这两个平面、确定背景和目标的运动参数的方法。该方法可用于连续多帧图像情况下在低信噪比时估计运动目标的参数。
