假期,我认真阅读了北京特级教师李烈老师的著作——《给生命涂上爱的底色》。她以自己的人生和教育实践告诉我们:教育的真谛在于诠释生命,而诠释生命的教育是“以爱育爱”。在工作中,我已经渐渐习惯了教师的各种日常工作:上课、备课、改作业,一天都是在忙忙碌碌中度过。闲暇之余,我也在想:现在的孩子到底需要什么样的教师?教师的工作是教书育人,但是怎样才能更好地教育学生?阅读《给生命涂上爱的底色》这本书,我真是受益匪浅。
