研究土壤缺水对香蕉果实生长和营养累积模式表明,土壤缺水,其基质势为-85KPa;与土壤不缺水的蕉指相比,其蕉指鲜重、干重、蕉指长和果围都显著地降低.土壤缺水和不缺水蕉指总营养浓度随成熟而下降.与土壤不缺水的蕉指相比,土壤缺水降低了蕉指N、K和Mg浓度,提高了P和Ca浓度,使总可溶性固形物稍有增加.果肉/果皮比率降低.抽蕾22周以后采收的蕉指,不管土壤缺水与否,后熟时果实、果皮开裂.根据果实生长和质量参数的变化,建议不管土壤缺水与否,宜在抽蕾后20—21周采收‘Robusta’香蕉.
The study of soil water deficit on banana fruit growth and nutrient accumulation patterns showed that the soil water deficit had a stroma potential of -85 kPa.
