各省、自治区、直辖市广播电视厅(局):为了加强对有线电视台(站)播放电视节目的管理,我部先后发布了一系列文件、规定。近一年来,我部和各省、自治区、直辖市广播电视厅局重点抓了有线电视的集中统一供片工作,取得了一定的成效。但是,由于诸多主客观因素的影响,这项工作在一些地方尚未全面、认真地开展,不少有线电视台(站)依然违反管理规定,违章大量播放海外电视剧和录像片。为此,特重申如下规定和要
