1987年,笔者接受了公安部的邀清,参加《农村建筑设计防火规范》的编制和修订工作。在山西省公安厅主持下,我们第二调研组历经两个多月的时间,先后对江苏、山东、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江等5省、12市16县的40余个村镇进行了调研,取得了大量的第一手资料。本文就村镇规划中的消防问题谈一些看法。1.村镇规划程序尚未理顺,规划中缺乏消防内
