作者根据本人从事学会管理工作的多年实践体会,探讨了学会管理工作的特点、任务,以及学会的组织建设和会员管理等,供同行参考。 学会的产生是随着人类社会产生了科学劳动之后而出现的。科学的发展,为人类开拓了新的活动领域。由于人类活动领域的扩大,推动着更多学科的研究,这样学会就成为共同联合活动的中心。科学发展不断出现分枝,每一个学科学术活动,组织交流和提供咨询等,都离不开学会工作,因此,加强学会管理工作的研究、更好地发挥学会的作用是具有重要意义的。我从事农机学会工作多年、略有体会,现仅从以下几个方面谈谈我的意见。
Based on my many years of practical experience in managing the Institute, I have discussed the characteristics and tasks of the Institute management, as well as the organizational construction and membership management of the Institute for peer reference. The emergence of learning emerged with the emergence of scientific labor in human society. The development of science has opened up new fields of activity for mankind. Due to the expansion of the field of human activities, the research of more disciplines is promoted, so that learning becomes the center of joint joint activities. Scientific development continues to appear branches, academic activities for each discipline, organizational exchanges and the provision of advice, are inseparable from the learning work, therefore, to strengthen the study of management work to better play a learning role is of great significance. I have been working in the Agricultural Machinery Society for many years and have some experience. Now, I only talk about my opinions in the following aspects.
