旅游产业国际化要求具备较强英语能力的复合型旅游英语人才并掌握旅游知识,具备实践技能的旅游从业人员。为此,基于OBE教育理念培养复合型旅游英语人才为目标、应创新旅游英语专业的教育教学、多手段培养具有多方面知识能力的新型旅游人才。还要注重英语教育,优化旅游英语课程设置,拓展旅游英语专业学生实践及培养旅游英语专业学生学以致用的实践能力,满足旅游产业发展过程中对“复合型旅游英语人才”的需求。
The internationalization of tourism industry requires traveling English professionals with strong English skills and knowledge of tourism, with practical skills of tourism practitioners. Therefore, based on the concept of OBE education to cultivate a composite tourism English talents as the goal, we should innovate the teaching of tourism English major, and try to cultivate a new type of tourism talents with multi-knowledge ability. But also pay attention to English education, optimize the curriculum of tourism English, expand the practice of tourism English majors and cultivate the practical ability of tourism English majors, and meet the demand of “composite traveling English talents” in the development of tourism industry.
