作者用低叶酸、5%胎牛血清、pH7.5~7.6的培养条件,对25例急性白血病和20例正常人外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变和脆性部位进行研究,结果表明急性白血病组的染色体畸变率为14.39%,脆性部位检出率为18.45%,均显著高于正常对照组0.89%(P<0.01).急性白血病组检出脆性部位31种,其中10种与癌断裂点和癌基因位点一致或重叠,并对其间的关系进行讨论。
Using low folate, 5% fetal bovine serum, pH7.5 ~ 7.6 culture conditions, 25 cases of acute leukemia and 20 cases of normal peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberrations and fragile parts of the study showed that acute leukemia group Chromosome aberration rate was 14.39%, the detection rate of brittle parts was 18.45%, which was significantly higher than that of the normal control group (0.89%, P <0.01). There were 31 kinds of brittle parts detected in the acute leukemia group, of which 10 were coincident or overlap with the sites of cancer breakpoints and oncogenes, and the relationship between them was discussed.
