利用特异地结合于细胞表面受体或抗原的配基基因或抗体V 区基因片段取代毒素中的非特异性结合区域基因表达产生的重组免疫毒素,比用常规的化学交联方法制备的免疫毒素有更大的优越性。本文将简要介绍重组免疫毒素的毒素和毒素载体的种类和性质、重组免疫毒素的制备及体内外抗肿瘤活性,并使之与化学交联的免疫毒素作简要比较。
