本文报道兔网织红细胞5srRNA进入小鼠骨髓瘤细胞SP2/0核内,明显地抑制了核内DNA的合成。进而从兔网织红细胞、大鼠胚肝及它们的成熟红细胞,分离提取rRNA,以琼脂糖电泳分析不同发育期红细胞5srRNA、18srRNA、28srRNA组分相对量的变化,又发现5srRNA量的变化与红细胞终末分化期排核过程呈相对应关系。这些结果表明,哺乳动物红细胞5srRNA可能具有抑制核内DNA合成、终止细胞增殖、导致红细胞进行终末分化和排核的作用。
This article reports that rabbit reticulocyte 5srRNA enters into the mouse myeloma cell SP2 / 0 nucleus and obviously inhibits the DNA synthesis in the nucleus. Furthermore, rRNA was extracted from rabbit reticulocytes, rat embryonic liver and their mature erythrocytes, and the relative amounts of 5srRNA, 18srRNA and 28srRNA components of erythrocytes in different developmental stages were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis. The changes of 5srRNA amount were also compared with that of erythrocytes End-stage nuclear discharge process was the corresponding relationship. These results indicate that mammalian erythrocyte 5srRNA may inhibit the synthesis of DNA in the nucleus, terminate the cell proliferation, and cause the erythrocytes to undergo terminal differentiation and exocytosis.
