目的:探讨脉络宁注射液致过敏性休克的临床特点及发生规律,为临床合理用药提供可靠依据。方法:以“脉络宁”、“休克”、“过敏反应”等为检索词进行检索,对文献中的有关数据进行统计分析。结果:检测到脉络宁注射液致过敏性休克病例报告15例,多为速发型过敏性休克,其中14例痊愈,1例死亡。结论:脉络宁注射液导致的过敏性休克虽不多见,但在临床用药时应高度重视。
Objective: To explore the clinical characteristics and occurrence rules of Mailuoning injection-induced anaphylactic shock and to provide a reliable basis for clinical rational drug use. Methods: The search terms of “Mailuoning”, “Shock” and “Allergic reaction” were searched, and the relevant data in the literature were statistically analyzed. Results: 15 cases of anaphylactic shock were detected in Mailuoning injection. Most of them were rapid onset anaphylactic shock, of which 14 cases recovered and 1 died. Conclusion: Mailuoning injection caused by anaphylactic shock although rare, but should pay close attention to the clinical medication.
