刑事诉讼中的审判阶段是刑事诉讼的关键环节。我国刑事诉讼监督中存在职责不明、监督缺位和乏力的现象。为确保审判乃至整个司法公正,必须对现有制度进行改革。合理构建我国刑事诉讼监督制度,以期对推动刑事诉讼监督立法。
The trial phase in criminal procedure is the key link of criminal procedure. China’s criminal procedure supervision in the existence of unclear responsibilities, lack of supervision and absence of the phenomenon. In order to ensure the trial and the entire judicial impartiality, the existing system must be reformed. Establishing the Supervision System of Criminal Procedure Reasonably in China with the View to Promote the Legislation of Criminal Procedure Supervision.
