审判委员会制度已经越来越难以适应现代诉讼发展的要求,本文将对审判委员制度的弊端进行分析并就审判委员会制度的改革理由及改革方向提出笔者自己的观点。
The system of trial committee has become more and more difficult to meet the requirements of the development of modern litigation.
