用9%和6%两种不同浓度的盐酸脱色液对143例氟斑牙患者的1222颗着色型氟斑牙进行脱色治疗。结果显示:两种浓度的盐酸脱色液对各种程度着色型氟斑牙均有一定的脱色作用,以轻、中度着色者脱色效果为佳,随着色程度加重,脱色显效率逐渐降低。着色伴缺损者脱色效果显著较单纯着色者差,表明氟斑牙着色程度及伴有缺损是影响脱色治疗效果的主要因素。本文认为,采用低浓度盐酸脱色液治疗轻、中度着色型氟斑牙是一种安全、有效、经济、简便的脱色治疗方法;重度着色及伴有缺损者脱色治疗效果不理想,应采用其它方法修复治疗。
A total of 1222 pigmented dental fluorosis teeth from 143 dental fluorosis patients were treated with 9% and 6% hydrochloric acid decolorization solutions. The results showed that two kinds of hydrochloric acid decolorization solution had certain decolorization effect on all kinds of colored dental fluorosis, and the decolorization effect was better for light and moderate coloring. With the increase of color, the decolorization efficiency decreased gradually. Coloring associated with defects in decolorization significantly worse than simple coloring, indicating that the degree of dental fluorosis and defects associated with the impact of decolorization treatment is the main factor. This paper argues that the use of low concentrations of hydrochloric acid decolorizing liquid for the treatment of light and moderate colored dental fluorosis is a safe, effective, economical and simple decolorization treatment; severe staining and bleaching associated with defects in treatment is not satisfactory, should be used other Methods of repair and treatment.
