小朋友向老师告状在幼儿园是个普通的现象。有的幼儿一天告状达四十多次。怎么办?我认为可以从以下几方面改变幼儿的告状现象,培养幼儿的自控能力和独立性。1.让幼儿自己解决。幼儿告状后,老师要先了解情况,然后清能力强的小朋友去解决,教师适当加以指导。然后,逐渐过渡到让那些能力一般的孩子尝试着去解决。这样,幼儿间的纠纷他们就会自行解决。对于那些处理得好的小朋友,教师就予以表扬,激发他们自己解决问题的信心。

For those children who are well-managed, teachers praise them and stimulate their own confidence in the problem.
