小鼠经6Gy、15Gy和100Gy全身一次γ线照射后用荧光法测定小肠组织胺含量.实验结果表明,小肠组织胺含量因照射剂量和照后时间不同而变化:6Gy照后每克小肠组织胺含量轻度下降;15Gy和100Gy照后小肠组织胺含量逐渐增加;在照后第三天各组小肠组织胺含量分别为正常的84.0%、149.7%和151.9%.实验同时观察到15Gy照前用WR-2721预防与单纯同剂量照射组相比小肠组织胺增加程度明显缓和.文章中对上述小肠组织胺含量改变的可能机制进行了讨论.
After 6 Gy, 15 Gy and 100 Gy whole body gamma irradiation, the histamine content in the small intestine of the mice was measured by fluorescence method.The results showed that the content of histamine in the small intestine varied with the irradiation dose and time after irradiation: The contents of histamine slightly increased after 15Gy and 100Gy irradiation, and the contents of histamine in each group were 84.0%, 149.7% and 151.9% respectively on the third day after irradiation The protective effect of WR-2721 against histamine in the small intestine was obviously alleviated compared with that of the same dose alone.A possible mechanism of the change of histamine content in the small intestine was discussed.
