大学生就业能力的培养是当前高校教育教学改革的重点和难点所在,应用写作能力培养是高校应用型人才培养的一项重要内容及有效途径。本文主要从学科教学改革的角度提出:充分利用应用写作学科的自身特点,在应写作教学中培养大学生的角色意识、训练职场思维、提高沟通协调能力及综合素质等,对培养和提高大学生的就业能力具有十分重要的意义。
The cultivation of college students’ employability is the key and difficult point in the present college education and teaching reform. The cultivation of applied writing ability is an important content and an effective way to train applied talents in colleges and universities.
