通过在水稻嘉早35上施用20%三唑磷乳油、18%杀虫双水剂、18%杀虫双撒滴剂和5%锐劲特胶悬剂4种药剂,比较其对二化螟的防治效果。室内模拟试验结果,4种药剂在不同剂量下对家蚕的毒性,不同药剂之间差异明显,高低次序为:锐劲特>三唑磷>杀虫双水剂>杀虫双撒滴剂,锐劲特对家蚕的毒性最低;三唑磷在低浓度(100mg/L)下对家蚕毒性较低,而在高浓度(500,1000ml/L)下对家蚕毒害很高;杀虫双水剂与撒滴剂对家蚕的毒性均较高。喷叶处理引起的家蚕死亡率最高,其次为喷虫处理,点滴处理对家蚕的毒害最小。锐劲特是一种适合在家蚕区推广应用的高效低蚕毒的杀螟药剂。结果表明,随着农药剂量的增加,呈现对二化螟的防效增高,同时对家蚕毒性亦增高的趋势。
