烟草的抗病品种植株中游离态腐胺(Put)和亚精胺(Spd)的含量较高,游离态正精胺/精胺(Spd/Spm)比值显著高于感病品种。TMV侵染使得烟草植株中多胺的含量升高。33℃时抗病烟草中Spd/Spm比值低于25℃时二者的比值,且温度与TMV互作达极显著水平。抗病毒诱导剂VA诱导提高了植株体内多胺的含量。33℃时的变化更明显。随着病毒浓度的升高,Spd和Spm的含量逐渐降低,Spd/Spm比值与病毒浓度呈显著正相关。
The content of free putrescine (Put) and spermidine (Spd) in the resistant varieties of tobacco was higher than that of susceptible varieties. The ratio of free spermidine to spermine (Spd / Spm) was significantly higher than that of susceptible varieties. TMV infection causes increased levels of polyamines in tobacco plants. The ratio of Spd / Spm in resistant tobaccos at 33 ℃ was less than 25 ℃, and the interaction between temperature and TMV reached extremely significant level. The antiviral inducer VA induced the increase of polyamine in plants. 33 ℃ when the change is more obvious. With the increase of virus concentration, the content of Spd and Spm decreased gradually, and the ratio of Spd / Spm was positively correlated with the virus concentration.
