目的:探讨高血压伴高血脂应用缬沙坦(Val)联合辛伐他汀(SIM)治疗的临床效果。方法:选取我院2014年3月~2016年3月收治的112例高血压伴高血脂患者,依据随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组:予以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗;观察组:给予Val+SIM联合治疗。记录比较两组治疗前后舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)及血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平,用药安全性。结果:两组治疗后DBP、SBP、TG及TC水平,均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);且与对照组治疗后比较,观察组血压、血脂水平改善程度均更为显著(P<0.01);观察组不良反应率为3.6%略低于对照组的7.1%,但组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高血压伴高血脂应用Val联合SIM治疗更能有效控制与稳定血压,降低血脂,疗效显著,且安全可靠,具有较高临床推广价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of valsartan (Val) combined with simvastatin (SIM) on hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods: A total of 112 hypertensive patients with hypertension were selected from March 2014 to March 2016 in our hospital. Patients were divided into two groups based on the random number table. Control group: Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets; Observation group: given Val + SIM combined treatment. The diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC) and medication safety were recorded and compared before and after treatment. Results: The levels of DBP, SBP, TG and TC in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). Compared with the control group, the levels of blood pressure and blood lipid in the two groups were significantly improved (P < 0.01). The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than 3.6% in the control group (7.1%), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Hypertension with hyperlipidemia using Val combined with SIM can effectively control and stabilize blood pressure and reduce blood fat, with obvious curative effect, safety and reliability and high clinical value.
