苌家拳,又称苌门拳,苌家锤,由清朝乾隆年间原汜水县苌乃周先生所创。 苌乃周先生,字洛臣,号肫诚氏。以其文士而好武,人送“儒拳师”雅号。行三,又名苌三宅。出身书香世家,自幼醉心武术,抛弃富贵功名,致力于武术事业,综百家之长,潜心研究,力开生面,独树一帜,创立苌家拳派。因其极富文采,故能将演练所得整理成书,著有《中气论》、《二十四字拳谱》、《三十六枪谱》、《猿猴棒谱》、《春秋刀谱》、《青龙出海拳谱》等书。
