近一段时间，选拔国家男、女排主教练一事，被新闻媒体炒得沸沸扬扬，因为这关系到我国男、女排球队在下一个奥运周期能否圆梦的大事，所以社会关注、球迷关心，新闻界炒作，排球管理中心也格外慎重。我不想过多地介入到底选哪一位教练员最为适合等具体问题，排球管理中心有一定的设想、程序和步骤去完成这项任务，我只想就一位优秀的排球教练员应该具备哪些素质谈谈个人看法。
