患者江××,女,24岁,于1980年12月因牙病就诊。偶然发现下唇唇红部两侧有对称的瘘管,瘘口呈倒[八字]形,口径0.6厘米,中央凹陷,周围隆起,瘘管深1厘米,呈囊状,底宽0.8厘米,管内湿润,无特殊分泌物。患者无自觉症状。碘油造影符合临床诊断。追问家族史:父亲和一个叔(已故)有此现象,而另一个叔及姑无此畸形。患者和她的妹妹有此畸形,两个弟无此畸形。
