选择性催化还原(SCR)是目前燃煤锅炉常用的脱硝技术,其工程应用中对锅炉系统存在一定的不利影响。文中从SCR反应过程中副产物硫酸氢铵的产生机理及形成堵塞的温度范围进行了研究,探讨了空气预热器发生硫酸氢铵堵塞的原因及危害,分析了锅炉空预器改造中应注意的问题,从而减少SCR改造对锅炉系统的影响,为锅炉脱硝改造工程提供一定的参考作用。
Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is a commonly used denitration technology in coal-fired boilers, and its engineering application has certain unfavorable effects on the boiler system. In this paper, the generation mechanism of by-product ammonium bisulfate (SCR) and the temperature range of plugging formation were studied. The reasons and hazards of ammonium hydrogen sulfate blockage in the air preheater were discussed. Attention should be paid to the boiler air preheater reformation Thus reducing the impact of SCR retrofit on the boiler system and providing a reference for the boiler denitration retrofit project.
