利用计算机模拟与高效导向筛板塔对维纶生产中聚合物脱单体精馏塔进行技术改造,解决了高黏度物料在精馏过程中存在的液泛、堵塔及雾沫夹带等问题,塔釜的醋酸乙烯单体质量分数由原来的0.26%降到0.03%,吹出率达到99.85%;精馏过程中的回流比由1.3降至0.7,节能45%;技改后年增经济效益超过638万,改造投资回收期小于2个月。此技术可以广泛应用于化纤行业,以解决实际生产问题。
