航空发动机设计过程中,静子机匣形位公差要求是保证支点同心度进而保证转子可靠工作的最重要因素。静子机匣形位公差定义得准确与否、数值分配得合理与否,直接决定了航空发动机的安全性、可靠性以及经济性。通过对静子机匣形位公差传递研究分析,提出了一种航空发动机静子机匣形位公差的定义方式,以及基于Vis VSA软件的形位公差分配方法,能够很好地对静子机匣形位公差进行分配并保证目标值。
During the design of aero-engine, the tolerance requirements of the stator casing shape are the most important factors to ensure the concentricity of the fulcrum and thus ensure the reliable operation of the rotor. The definition of the stator casing position tolerance is accurate or not, and the numerical distribution is reasonable or not, which directly determines the safety, reliability and economy of the aeroengine. Through the research and analysis of the transmission of the position and tolerance of the stator casing, a method to define the position and tolerance of the stator casing of the aeroengine and the method of allocating the form and position tolerance based on Vis VSA software are presented. Tolerance is assigned and guaranteed target value.
