一九七五年我厂新产品XK536型数控铣床的主轴变位箱是个八等分的转塔头(俗称八角头)。为了保证八角头上的八个主轴转位后的精度同一性达到0.03/300,对八角头本身的转位精度要求很高,因此,采用了先进的鼠齿盘机构来做它的分度定位机构。其成对啮合的鼠齿盘的齿数是192,盘径是580毫米,等分精度累积误差不允许大于20秒。我厂是在瑞士狄西厂的光学座标镗床上,用成形铣刀加工的。加工后,首先对鼠齿盘单个进行了检定,最大累积误差为29秒。
In 1975, the main shaft displacement box of XK536 CNC milling machine of our new product was an octant turret head (commonly known as aniseed head). In order to ensure the octagonal head of the eight spindle index accuracy of 0.03 / 300 after the transfer, the octagonal head itself requires a high accuracy indexing, therefore, the use of advanced ratchet mechanism to do its indexing positioning mechanism. Its paired ratchet teeth have 192 teeth and a disk diameter of 580 mm. The cumulative error in aliquot accuracy is not allowed to exceed 20 seconds. Our factory is the optical coordinate boring machine in Switzerland Dixi factory, with the forming milling cutter processing. After processing, the rat toothed disk was first individually tested, the maximum cumulative error of 29 seconds.
