借助在大鼠皮下注射四氯化碳制遣出实验性肝损伤动物模型。在四氯化碳组,动物的SGPT和肝脏的组织学变化呈现明显的异常,而在药物保护组上述变化明显减轻。结果表明.复方黄芪浸膏可以阻断或减轻肝脏的损伤性变化。
Experimental hepatic injury animal models were prepared by subcutaneous injection of carbon tetrachloride in rats. In the carbon tetrachloride group, the histological changes of the SGPT and liver of the animals showed obvious abnormalities, while the above changes in the drug protection group were significantly reduced. The results showed that the compound Huangqi extract can block or reduce the damage of the liver.
