从动力学和热力学两方面探讨了酸性气体在改性离子膜内的传递规律.作者首先提出了酸性气体在改性离子膜内的吸收等温线方程,然后在这一方程基础上,通过分析酸性气体在膜内的传质过程,进而从动力学角度建立了促进传质模型.在实验部分,测定了H2S在PFCA-EDA和PFCA-Na两种膜内的渗透动力学数据,并用该数据对上述传质模型作了验证.结果表明,改性离子膜对酸性气体具有明显的促进传质作用,传质数据与本文模型吻合良好
The transfer rule of acid gas in modified ionic membrane was discussed from kinetics and thermodynamics. Firstly, the authors proposed the absorption isotherm equation of acid gas in the modified ionic membrane. Based on this equation, the mass transfer process of acid gas in the membrane was analyzed, and then the mass transfer model was established from the kinetic point of view. In the experimental part, the permeation kinetics data of H2S in two membranes of PFCA-EDA and PFCA-Na were measured, and the data were used to verify the above mass transfer model. The results show that the modified ionic membrane has a significant role in promoting mass transfer of sour gas, and the mass transfer data are in good agreement with the model
