本文从基于神灵、利益、制度、熟人、舆论对民事主体的道德他律与民法实现等方面论述了道德与民法实现的关系。指出民法实现除了主要依赖于民事主体的道德自律以外,还必须借助于他律力量才能得以顺利实现。
This article elaborates the relationship between morality and the realization of civil law from the aspects of morality, interests, institutions, acquaintances, the moral law of public opinion on civil subjects and the realization of civil law. It points out that in addition to the moral self-discipline that mainly depends on the civil subject, the realization of civil law must be realized with the help of the power of other disciplines.
