我局职工教育已形成了自己特有的上挂、横联、下辐射的培训模式。办学方向由单纯的学历教育向实用、实效的岗位培训转变,办学形式由单一的“封闭式”向全方位、多功能的“开放式”转变,实行局内办厂(场)办、系统办、委外办、联合办五条路子,又坚持“五结合”、“五为主”的办学原则,即局内培训与委外培训相结合,以内培为主,专业知识教育与岗位技能培训相结合,以岗位技能培训为主;集中办班与职工自学相结合,以自学为主;脱产学习与业余学习相结合,以业余学习为主;长期培训与短期培训相结合,以短期为主。1986年以来,我局接受岗位培训和学历教育的职工累计达到17304人次,占职工总数的118%。我局职工教育效益显著,居大兴安岭林管局同行业领先地位,1990年荣获黑龙江省职工教育先进集体的光荣称号。几年来,我局紧紧围绕“抓管理、上等级、全面提高企业素质”这一中心,全面地、创造性地开展职工培训,直接有效地为林区的经济和社会发展服务,取得了明显的经济和社会效益。职工教育的发展,推动了企业管理水平和职工技术(业务)素质的提高。“七五”以
