本文报告了平菇孢子收集和抗原提取方法。以提取的抗原制造哮喘和肺泡炎动物模型。通过动物模型研究这两种疾病的病因和发病机理,发现哮喘豚鼠脾淋巴细胞加ConA刺激培养的上清液中白细胞介素-4升高。病理组织学观察这两种实验动物肺内均有过敏性炎性细胞改变。哮喘动物肺呈气肿状态。实验结果表明,平菇孢子是引起变态反应性肺泡炎和变态反应性哮喘的病原。
This article reports on Pleurotus ostreatus spore collection and antigen extraction methods. The animal model of asthma and alveolitis was made with the extracted antigen. By studying the etiology and pathogenesis of these two diseases through animal models, it was found that interleukin-4 was elevated in the supernatant of spleen lymphocytes accompanied with ConA stimulation in asthmatic guinea pigs. Histopathological observations All these experimental animals had allergic inflammatory cell changes in their lungs. Asthmatic animals have emphysema. The experimental results show that Pleurotus ostreatus spores are the pathogens causing allergic alveolitis and allergic asthma.
