用小鼠缺氧和大鼠心梗模型,观察了丹心Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号对心肌梗塞和缺氧的保护作用。丹心Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号可明显延长小鼠耐缺氧时间,降低大鼠心肌MDA含量、血清LDH和CPK水平及εST;增加心肌SOD活性,并能改善缺血心肌的超微结构。提示两药的心肌保护作用可能与抗氧自由基和抑制脂质过氧化有关。
The effects of Danxin I and II on myocardial infarction and hypoxia were observed in a mouse model of hypoxia and rat myocardial infarction. Danxin I and II can significantly prolong the time of hypoxia tolerance in mice, reduce myocardial MDA content, serum LDH and CPK levels and εST, increase myocardial SOD activity, and can improve the ultrastructure of ischemic myocardium. It is suggested that the myocardial protection of both drugs may be related to antioxidant free radicals and lipid peroxidation inhibition.
